Eye in the sky
Multiple shots stitched into a panorama then warped to form a miniature globe using the Polar Coordinate function in Pshop. After some paint cleanup I present to you my miniature worlds.

Odonata WIP Update
Progress!! The GDC crunch has been treating Odonata quite well and I have been spending my time in UV/Material land. Randomly its been smooth due to Mayas newer UV tools. Thanks Autodesk, its about time we had a smarter set of tools.
Today I worked on the exhaust and the wing tubular chassis.

Titanium Material Test
I'm excited that things are all finally working! Waterspots, Scratches, Dirt, Reflection Map and all. Its been a twisty road getting used to working with maya shaders but things are looking up.
Next Up: Fuselage Materials.

I needed a break so I dug up some neglected personal artwork. Layered five shots from different angles of the same billboard, Captured in downtown SF.

Are you LinkedIn?
Ah networking, my internet identity could use an overhaul. Its been a few years since I have sat down and spent the time weeding the profiles, bios, resume etc. LinkedIn has been an amazing tool for the job and I'm steadily adding more and more. Many deserved referrals are in the que and I'm looking forward to finally giving my former colleagues some love.

Photography Section LIVE!
Just UP! my photography section, with help from a new deviant art feature "sitback" I'm able to steam my whole gallery from within my page. Similar to the simpleviewer/flikr steaming abilities. I'll eventually transfer everything to flickr and use simpleviewer for page consistency but for now it works in a pinch. So please.. 'sitback' and enjoy some of my past photos. (Circa 2003-2007)

Next Up!
Being that the website is finally in a spot that requires content, its time to get back into maya and have some fun. I just sent an email to Christian Bravery to ask approval to use one of his concept aircrafts. He is an industry vet with an inspiring gallery of work, crossing fingers that I hear back from him soon. Here is the piece that I'm looking forward to building.
Successsss!

Progress
Things are moving forward and I'm on my way getting simpleviewer embedded in my work section of the site. Finally seeing some light to this tunnel and super excited that everything is coming together. I cant wait till everything is live! To celebrate I'm going to spend one day away from the computer and going to rummage in the garage doing manly things, like wrenching on some rusty bolts...Epic Fun.
